The Mystery Of Critical-Conceptional Thinking Uncovered

I have a Tarot Website and I’ve been studying the Tarot lately in those posts. I’ve also looked into the books by Vincent Pitisci. I’m obviously quite impressed by his research in critical, creative, conceptional thinking. That is primarily the reason for this posting — We do have this genius within us. We don’t need to consult the Tarot . . . just think quietly . . . We do have our own way of receiving clarity within our own thoughts.

As Vincent Pitisci explained, we can discover something new from something old . . . or find a different use for something . . . There are lots of new ideas out there — a new invention is within your grasp — even finding a solution to an important issue in your life . . . We seem to always have decisions to make in our everyday life.

If You’re Curious About Tarot, Here Are Some Tarot Decks You May Find Interesting

Besides critical thinking, we need a random stimulus — a blueprint or structure that spreads out the concept or the problem or issue. We can tap into our imagination which opens up our intuition . . . We are all intuitive . . . we all have an imagination . . . Much depends upon how often we use them — or allow them to come out.

Our imaginations may go wild when we watch a scary movie . . . every bump in the night — the heat or air conditioning turning on — a creek from the house settling . . . depending upon what we may be watching, we’ll make an association of what is going on within our home with what we see on the television. Even going outside at night, we may imagine a sense of being watched or feeling unsafe . . . it may be true . . . or your imagination . . . or your intuition . . .

I remember visiting with friends one evening a having a strong sense that I needed to go home NOW! So I excused myself and went home. Nothing was wrong at home . . . No accident happened on the drive home . . . Nothing in the newspaper or on the news that anything happened around my neighborhood . . . I may have avoided something . . . or maybe not . . . I just honor those thoughts and act on them . . . I believe those random thoughts have made me safe.

Where Has The Month Of July Gone?

For Me, The Month Of July Started Out With My Looking For A New Printer …

I like the All-in-One Printers … I’m always needing to scan something … or amake a copy of something … Mu scanner stopped working first … the calibration wa off … then my printer stopped printing full pages … So … off to Amazon I went looking for a printer … The selection was awesome … but I wa having difficulty … I was going with a particular brand … then decided to go with the ones with cartridges … I have the one with the ink tanks … It’s excellent … but I’m not printing as much as before … so, I thought the cartridges would work for me better …

It is amazing how with such a wonderful selection I’ve been unable to make up my mind …

I took a bit of a break … and realized I haven’t added any content to my websites … and time is running out for the whole month of July!!

I’m still printer shopping … if you have any suggestions for me I’ll be happy to hear from you.

Thanks for stopping by!

What’s With The Weather?

Everyone Is Entitled To Their Views And Beliefs On The Weather

I’m not promoting any belief system. I just look outside or go outside … yesterday was warm … today is much cooler and the forecast says scattered showers for today.

I’m grateful for cooler temperatures … I’m very much a fair weather person — not too hot nor too cold.

Cooler weather and rainy weather makes me think of fall … ghost stories … hay rides … pumpkins and all that kind of stuff … But … we’re into spring now and approaching summer … fall is a whole season away …

I suppose I’m more of an autumn type of person … I do appreciate the oher seasons … It very much brings balance to nature and perhaps to our lives as well …

I Do Enjoy Ghost Stories And Urban Legends

And curling up with a good book on an overcast and rainy day …

I do have a website devoted to ghost and scary tales … I also have a website about Tarot … I do have links in the sidebar and also at the bottom … I’m very much into the occult … probably things that I shouldn’t be messing with at all … But … That’s what I do and who I am ..

Here’s a video I watched today and thought I’d share with you … You can draw your own conclusions … I always like to hear different perspectives on topics of interest to me …

Personal Thoughts From The Wacky Witch

This Was Just Something To Think About … Or Not …

We’re adults … We make up our own minds about what we choose to believe and live our lives …

It just gives a perspective regarding ghosts and spirits …

I’m not here to advocate a particular way of thought … I just come across things to share … Everyone has a right to their opinion … I just think its wonderful when someone feels strongly about something … deciding what is best for them and their family …

We choose what to believe and what to spend our time doing … We have different interests that we enjoy pursuing from time to time …

I love my ghost stories and my Tarot cards … Nothing is going to change that … as far as I’m concerned.

Visit my other websites … Thanks for stopping by!

Are You Interested In Old Stuff?

Many Go To Estate Sales, Antique Malls And On-Line Auction Sites

There’s a great variety of old stuff … toys … pictures, magazines, gizmos … old diaries …

I was looking at YouTube Videos and found a few regarding old diaries … This young woman was interested in the romantic stuff one would record in a diary …

I’m not especially interested in snooping on the private thoughts of others … It was written as a personal thing … not to be lost and picked up and sold to be shared publicly …

I Was Thinking It Would Be Kind Of A Good Idea To Keep A Diary Or Journal For The Upcoming New Year

A diary or a journal would make a lovely gift …

Just know that in 20, 30, 50 or even a hundred years, it may be “found” and read by complete strangers!!

But … with social media … Many share all aspects of their lives publicly … So … is a diary something one would actually keep?

I Keep A Tarot Journal As I’m Learning To Read Tarot Cards … I Do Have A Different One For Each Of My Tarot Decks

I wonder if they are something I would want to share with others … Initially I thought of them as a learning tool … But perhaps some of my questions and answers are a bit personal … I may not want them to get into the wrong hands …

I’m really leaning towards private thoughts are to be kept private … And, then again … It may be interesting to look back on in later years as we mature or our skills become more refined …

I think a personal journal or diary in learning to play a musical instrument or learning to dance professionally or something of that nature would be worthwhile …

Well … there are all degrees of what one would consider personal …

I Thought The Diary Above Would Be Fun For All Ages

I believe diaries should come with a warning about what to keep private and what to write down …

You could write poetry … limericks are fun … Maybe a secret recipe that was handed down in your family … Look for something interesting and fun that you wouldn’t mind others reading …

Diaries can be fun … so if you decide to buy one or several keep in mind what would happen if they fell into the wrong hands … It’s not a slam book … Try not to make it hurtful … Yet at times we do get hurt … even by a best friend … but we don’t have to get all ugly about it …

I’m interested in your thoughts on the subject of diaries and journals. Leave me a comment below.

TwoCansOnAString.com Is Once Again Making Some Changes

I Still Love Real Ghost Stories.

I have a new website devoted to the subject along with other fun stuff ….

So … what about TwoCansOnAString.com …

I’m finding how this website began is how it is meant to be … I love crafts, Tarot Cards, holidays … recipes … and a whole lot of stuff that at one time was happily on this website … No niche market … Just doing what was of interest to me … And to you as well … We don’t necessily fit into a niche … we’re fluid … we flow …

And How Do We Flow … With Our Cell Phones … We Don’t Leave Home Without Them …

In many respects it is our connection to the real world … Especially social media … And the best way to keep that connection is with your smart phone …

You take pictures … maybe even a short video … Your friends, family … and cyber network can easily share in your life … And you in theirs …

With all of this great technology, if you don’t have a smart phone … Then you’re missing out … You’re not connected …

Click one of the links below to get connected … And open up a whole new adventure for you and your family … Through pictures and videos, you’ll have a fun way of keeping in touch with your loved ones …

We’ve definitely come a long way from communicating with “two cans on a string” …

Change Is In The Wind

As usual, I’m thinking of changing the “look” of TwoCansOnAString.com

If you’ve been following my blog for any length of time, you may have noticed some subtle changes from time to time — with the usual result of my changing everything back.

I’ve had this domain name since 2012 and during this 6 year period I’ve made some changes — some good, some not so good . . . So, I’ve been doing some serious thinking . . . and not wanting to go too far out on a limb, but to make some major improvements . . . Which could make or break this website.

Lately, I’ve been having difficulty adding content . . .

I’m going back to my childhood and using two cans on a string . . .

When we lived in San Diego, California Dorothy and I had a hedge dividing our front yards. It was no big deal, we could walk along the sidewalk to get to each other’s house . . . but it was fun to sit in next to the hedge with our two cans on a string and talk back and forth . . . Yes, we were actually talking through the hedge, but having the cans placed as they were, we pretended to have our own private communication system.

We talked about school, the books and comics we’ve read . . . what we had for dinner . . . our favorite foods . . . holidays, vacations, just about everything kids talked about . . .

This got me thinking of this website and what you’re talking about and what interests you the most . . .

And I got thinking of what rules my life . . . grocery shopping and recipes and having something different to eat . . . food is a major big deal in our lives and for special occasions . . .

I thought about how I’ve neglected recipes for quite some time . . . But we gotta eat!!!

But writing out recipes is boring . . . I do have fun with them, but they do take time and I’m not really into it . . . but I’d like to be . . . I’m finding I’m kind of in a rut with my eating and food selection . . . So . . . I’ve had this brainstorm which gets me revamping my website once again . . .

I’ve always wanted to organize my recipes. Have all my S’Mores recipes where I can find them easily . . . and the number of Christmas Cookie recipes I can have for Cookie Exchanges . . . which could take place at any time of year.

And the different types of snack foods . . . We always need snack food . . .

This got me thinking of different categories of food . . .

I’m leaning in this direction . . . but nothing is going to be done until I truly decide what would be best for this website and get some feedback from you.

I do have research to do and much to learn regarding building websites and making them work best.

There are lots of resources available . . . and I’m thinking of trying out a few things for this website and the two other ones I have. And my experimental site will be a domain name I’m not currently using. I’m finding it best to do that than mess up my existing websites.

Your thoughts are most welcome.
