This is a delicious hot chocolate treat!


  • 4 cups whole milk  or you may want a richer creamier hot chocolate by using half and half or heavy cream or whatever combination you choose
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 8 oz. white chocolate  of your choice that you’ll chop into small pieces
  • Whipped Cream is really yummy for the topping, but you may prefer marshmallows
  1. Get out a saucepan and stir in the milk, chocolate pieces, cinnamon and vanilla
  2. Cook over a medium-low heat. Stir occasionally. You want the white hot chocolate to come to a simmer NOT TO A BOIL
  3. Remove from heat and serve in a nice mug and top with either whipped cream or marshmallows — or you can use both
