A Phone Is Not Just A Phone

When I First Created My TwoCansOnAString.com Blog, It Was Basically A Kitchen Junk Drawer Of Posts …

Then came the need to have a niche … But I’m finding this website doesn’t necessarily fit into a niche … Talking with friends and family does not necessarily correspond to a niche … We talk about everything that is on our minds …

I’ll continue promoting upgrading your cell phone … but I’m not going to talk only about cell phones …

Most of the comments I receive are about other posts … not about product reviews … I’m beginning to believe a kitchen junk drawer may indeed be a niche … This allows me to have fun and not be stuck to discuss one topic exclusively … To me it seems like eating the same thing night after night for dinner.

We “Google” A Lot Of Information …

I’ve found I “YouTube” information much more often … Have you found this to be true?

I have two other websites: MysticalKey.com which is all about Tarot and things Occult … And there’s my newest one CryptKickers.com where I explore the paranormal realm with ghost hunters and haunted stuff …

It was important for me to have a fun name to capture what it is I’m doing …

Our Cell Phones Have Truly Become Our Communication Center …

Yes, we keep in touch with friends and family … but we have networks of people … YouTube people who have become important to us … very much like an extended family …

There are those who teach me Tarot and those who go out on paranormal investigations … There are those who review products … do crafts … cook … travel … and just share their lives …

Friendships are developed … All because of this wonderful technology … The Cell Phone …

We Can Take A Walk Or Shop While We Live Stream …

We can be cooking in our home or even watching television along with others … we’re all snug as a bug in our own homes … but we’re sharing the experience with others … people we’ve met on YouTube …

It is truly an interesting concept …

Just something to think about … I’d love to hear your views on the subject … Thanks for stopping by!

Blogging Or Vlogging?

I’m More Of A Blogger Than A Vlogger …

I’m not that comfortable in front of the camera …

But with how they’ve improved Smart Phones … You have a whole studio in your hands … You can vlog while talking with your family and friends …

I was watching a video where these ghost hunters or paranormal investigators were exploring an abandoned house — with the owners permission, of course. This group of three investigators each went in separately for 15 minutes … I found I was getting cold chills and feeling uncomfortable …

It is possible to write in such a way that will scare others … But there truly is something about seeing and being part of the experience …

With A Smart Phone You Can Create Some Interesting Videos …

A video could make walking the dog or walking in the park much more interesting …

Everyday activities can be more interesting … for you as well as for others with whom you share your personal experiences … Everyone carries around their cell phones … no one would know you’re recording. They may not even think you’re a bit strange talking to yourself … They’ll just think you’re talking to someone on the phone.

Plus you may be at the right place at the right time to capture something interesting.

Let me know what you think and how you use your cell phone. Thanks for stopping by!

Smart Phones Have Changed Many Lives

With Our Busy Lives, As We Are Out And About …

A Smart Phone is a “must have” …

Plus with the various social media formats available … taking pictures and short videos are a necessity when communicating with others  …

I’ve always been amazed how people have the peace of mind to take a picture to capture “strange events” or just something interesting your friends and family are doing.

It’s excellent with the upcoming holidays to be able to capture pictures and videos … even s:hare them on your favorite social media format …

I’m From An Older Generation … It May Be Interesting To See My “Learning Curve” When It Comes To Using A Smart Phone …

I do wonder how easy it would be to teach an “old dog new tricks” ,,, I would imagine much depends upon my motivation …

I imagine it would open up a whole new world of possibilities for me …

Please share your thoughts in the comments below.

TwoCansOnAString.com Is Once Again Making Some Changes

I Still Love Real Ghost Stories.

I have a new website devoted to the subject along with other fun stuff ….

So … what about TwoCansOnAString.com …

I’m finding how this website began is how it is meant to be … I love crafts, Tarot Cards, holidays … recipes … and a whole lot of stuff that at one time was happily on this website … No niche market … Just doing what was of interest to me … And to you as well … We don’t necessily fit into a niche … we’re fluid … we flow …

And How Do We Flow … With Our Cell Phones … We Don’t Leave Home Without Them …

In many respects it is our connection to the real world … Especially social media … And the best way to keep that connection is with your smart phone …

You take pictures … maybe even a short video … Your friends, family … and cyber network can easily share in your life … And you in theirs …

With all of this great technology, if you don’t have a smart phone … Then you’re missing out … You’re not connected …

Click one of the links below to get connected … And open up a whole new adventure for you and your family … Through pictures and videos, you’ll have a fun way of keeping in touch with your loved ones …

We’ve definitely come a long way from communicating with “two cans on a string” …

Thanks for stopping by!

Would You Want A Haunted Doll?

Haunted Dolls Have Always Been Around

But would you want one?

I would have to say “No Way Would I Want A Haunted Doll In My Home!” … As many of you may know, if you’ve read any of my previous posts … Dolls Creep Me Out!! It has been something that has gone on from childhood — And no amount of therapy is going to change my mind about them … or clowns … or puppets … Yes, I have a lot of hang-ups …

So,,. for me it is all about the story. I’d rather collect the stories of others than to have them as my own personal paranormal experiences …

Patty Adams Of The G Team Paranormal Investigations Invited Her Friend Omar Gosh To Her Home Along With His New Haunted Doll

All I can say is “Why?”

It’s what they do … But I don’t believe they were prepared for the experiences they had. It is fortunate for us that they caught much of it on tape … but you be the judge …

A Scary Paranormal Experience With Patty, Omar And Two Haunted Dolls

That Was Creepy …

I don’t know what to make of the EVPs … I believe there was communication … And there was definitely a story to be learned here … But … as is usually the case some facts are sketchy …

I think the little haunted doll of Omar’s is named Heather … I believe she may have been around when “Mary” was doing her killings and was trying to explain at least one case … But as I mentioned most of the facts are sketchy at best …

No matter how well protected one’s home may be … it is never wise to bring haunted items — especially when you’re living there with children … and inviting other famiy members into your home with their children …

For me, my home is my safe haven … Yes, I have a resident ghost with others stopping by from time to time … but I don’t willingly seek out haunted objects to see what will happen … I’m just not that adventuresome …

That’s why I collect stories and leave the investigating to others …

Thanks for stopping by!
