That’s right! Baked Hard Boiled Eggs!

My brother and I were just talking about hard boiled eggs. He was going to do it the old fashioned way. That’s fine, but now I have a whole new way of making the perfect hard boiled egg.

If you want an easy way to make a lot of hard boiled eggs for Easter, then I have the perfect recipe for you. Yes, they come out perfectly every time!!! You can eat them, make egg salad or deviled eggs, dye them or refrigerate for later.

Here’s what you do:

  1. Place a dozen eggs (or however many you want) in a mini or regular muffin tin.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F then put the eggs in and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and instantly immerse in cold water for 10 minutes. These are going to be HOT so use tongs to remove them from the muffin tins into a pot for pouring cold water over them.
  4. For easiest peeling, remove the shells right away, otherwise refrigerate until needed.

If you have a lot of eggs to boil, I recommend giving this a try.
