It is never too early to begin shopping for Halloween and planning your Halloween get together.

That seems like a nice variety. Great for your guests and for the trick-or-treat visitors.
I just needed to add my favorite YouTube video of Monster Mash!
It was quite a sensation when it came out in 1962. And I still love it and will share it here every year . . . Your guests may enjoy dancing to this catchy tune at your Halloween Party . . . and it’s all right for kids, too.
The fun thing is that it is still popular after all these years . . . I’m surprised there haven’t been more fun Halloween hits . . . Sure, in movies . . . but in music?
I remember buying one of those creepy Halloween sound CDs . . . it was creepy all right . . . At first I thought it was kind of goofy with the rattling chains . . . the blowing wind . . . the screams . . . and then after awhile, it did get my imagination going . . . and I had to turn it off . . . It started to scare me!! Come to think of it, I haven’t played it since . . . I may need to dig it out . . . Where did I put it?
However you plan to celebrate this great weekend of Halloween fun with your family and friends . . . I hope The Monster Mash will be part of your musical selection . . . it is a definite toe tapper.
Here’s a great sign you can make and prop up in your yard.
There are always fun projects to do for Halloween.
This one isn’t creepy . . . I guess you could make it creepy . . . Add some skeleton bones . . . maybe one of those ugly severed head masks . . . I remember a few years ago I was out taking pictures of Halloween displays . . . I turned around and was face to face with a severed head hanging from a tree. It scared me!!
To make this sign, you’ll need the chalkboard paint . . . or you could put hooks on it and attach numbers . . . changing them everyday . . . and then taking the sign down on Halloween . . . Now, what could you have to replace it?
I like those directional signs . . . They’re always fun . . . going to Sleepy Hollow . . . Transylvania . . . Amityville . . . Halloweentown . . . Hogwarts . . .
Or other directional signs . . . Elm Street . . . Clown Alley . . . Devil’s Drive . . . Witch Way . . .
Signs are always fun . . . and each year you can add another one to it . . .
I like having something I can make and use year after year . . . I’ve noticed my neighbors use the same Halloween decorations . . . and Christmas ones, too. We don’t have to be original year after year after year . . . Unless we get someone else to do it for us . . .
I like having simple directions to set out and take time . . . and will store easily in the garage . . .
Halloween is a fun celebration . . . Use a bit of imagination . . . and you’ll have a clever sign or two decorate your yard or front porch.
Halloween is always a fun time to make up favor boxes filled with sweet treats.
I’m always looking for some fun treat boxes to print out, cut out, assemble and fill will goodies.
These are great for parties and for your kids to give to friends and classmates. I like this design because it seems appropriate for all age groups and for those who may not share the ghoulishness of the Halloween season.
This is a clever way of wrapping up candy corn characters to adore a cute favor box.

I love Halloween . . . It’s a fun way to participate in a neighborhood activity . . . I like to see the kids and their parents . . . all decked out in costume with that fun anticipation of getting some delicious chocolate candy!
I enjoy going to the store and looking at all the bags upon bags of candy selections. I like to find a good assortment . . . and I especially love it when the store has their buy one get one free special . . . but I haven’t seen that in awhile. And . . . what would I do with all that candy!!!
I like having these boxes around to give to family and friends . . . and to surprise neighbors who don’t go trick-or-treating, but would love to have a few candies. They’re fun to leave on doorsteps. I’m not into ringing the doorbell and running like a fool down the street . . . my quick dashes are a thing of the past . . . but I don’t mind leaving it, ringing the bell and walking away.
The important thing is to spread the cheer of Halloween . . . early works . . . that’s the whole surprise element!
I found a few more Halloween Favor Boxes that may add to your Halloween fun. You can’t have too many favor boxes.
