It’s Spring . . .
I thought TwoCansOnAString.com was due for a new look . . .
I’m hesitating rather than jumping in with both feet . . .
Goodness! I have over 500 posts!! This is going to mean a whole lot of work for me . . . But isn’t this what spring cleaning is all about . . . And what my loyal visitors and customers deserve . . .
I’m thinking of going with a magazine style theme for TwoCansOnAString . . . the great thing about this is that it will bring out the old with the new . . . and I know with 500 plus posts, I have a whole lot of old that many of you may want to revisit . . .
I’ve always referred to this as my fun website . . . So, it’s about time I revamp it a bit and make it more fun for all of you.
If you find this website looking a bit strange for awhile . . . you’ll know we’re under construction . . . But no way am I going to shut it down . . . You get to see every phase of this revamping transition.
It will take me some time to get featured images on all 500 plus posts . . . so please be patient with me . . .
I just hope once I get it all together . . . I don’t change my mind and want to put it back . . .
I have used this theme with a couple of my other websites . . . but they didn’t work as well as I think it will for TwoCansOnAString . . .
This may help me get better organized and give you more variety than what I’ve been offering . . .
I’ve been a bit bored — not a good thing . . . for you especially . . . So . . . hold on . . . there are changes afoot!!
I may not get to it right away . . . but thought I should let you know what I’m thinking . . .
The content will remain the same . . . nothing is going away . . . This is an opportunity for me to see what’s here — it has been quite some time . . .
I think I may want to do more recipes . . . and other things of interest.
One problem I had in the past was having too many websites . . . Now I have three!! This is much better for me. I think I can stay focused on my blogging and not getting too bogged down . . . And with a new website look . . . I’ll probably get a bit more excited about adding more content and giving a bit more variety . . .
For me, it’s all about having fun and enjoying what I’m doing!
Yet . . . this revamping doesn’t feel like fun right now . . . Hang in there with me . . . I’ll let you know when we’re having fun!!
Thanks for staying with me!

Disney Icon Easter Candy Boxes
I find it fun to make candy boxes for all occasions.
Disney has a lovely collection of candy boxes that is sure to please everyone in your family.
I’m finding they’re not just for children . . . adults get a kick out of them, too!!
Let me see . . . where shall I begin . . .
This is a lovely way to ring in spring . . . and Easter . . . maybe for a spring birthday party . . .
Click the image of Minnie Mouse to be taken to the PDF to download and print.
Next we have Daisy Duck . . . She wanted to join in the fun this Easter along with her pal Donald Duck . . . they do make a lovely couple . . .
Oh my! There’s Winnie the Pooh who has also joined us for an outstanding Easter Candy Box . . .
I think from all the candy you purchased from my previous post, these Disney candy boxes will come in handy. You may like to place them in an Easter Basket or display them on a table or the mantle in your home. They are certainly colorful.
Maybe Tinker Bell’s Secret Of Wings Gift Box would be more appropriate for your Easter giving.
These make lovely hostess gifts you can fill with candy or trinkets.
This would be lovely for a spring birthday party . . . you may enjoy showing some Disney videos . . . or maybe playing a Disney game . . .
I do wonder what would be a wonderful addition to your Easter and spring celebration . . .
Maybe you would enjoy some other candy . . .
You may find these links helpful:
I’m sure I saw some board games . . .
I don’t want to get too carried away. Click one of the links and shop around for what you know your family and friends would enjoy for your spring or Easter celebration.
Thanks for stopping by!
I do hope you enjoy these free printable complements of Disney.Family.com

Blooming Tea — Organic
I do wonder how “Blooming Organic Tea” would sound over the string attached to two cans . . .
Most of you have played with two cans on a string and your conclusion would be “it doesn’t work” . . . but it isn’t about it “working”, it’s about the fun . . . and for me, the fun is looking into things that intrigue me . . . and to share it with you.
This is never going to be a “niche” website where all I talk about is one thing . . . I go with the flow of what interests or intrigues me at the moment . . .
Right now it is about spring . . . and using my five senses to create the concept of spring . . . to see it, to hear it, to feel it, to smell it . . . and to taste it . . .

Paper Craft Easter Bunny
This happy Easter bunny is a great craft for you to do — you may have just enough time to make a few for family and friends.
I love how these 3D models are created and then put in PDF form in order to share with others.
Paper-Replika.com is the source for this adorable bunny, The PDF comes complete with all the pieces you’ll need to make one of your own. You can, of course, add your own embellishments to make it more personal for you or for the person who may receive it. I think it’s fine the way it is, but for those who live on the beach, it may be fun to add some shells . . . you can add flowers and maybe some little trinkets to bling it up a bit. The finishing touches will make it unique and more personal.
I do like it and recommend that you click the picture to the right to be taken to the Paper-Replika website so you can get to the PDF to print it out and assemble.
Since my printer is on the fritz right now I’ll have to wait for my replacement printer, but I’ll be sure to print this out as soon as my new printer is set up. But, just in case it isn’t, I did a bit of looking around and I found this great Tree House. I don’t know about you, but a tree house has always been something I wanted to have. Now since I won’t be building one to use in my backyard, I thought a paper craft one would be fun to have.
You can click this tree house picture to the left and be taken to the Paper-Replika website where you can download it.
I do like the way Julius Perdana, the creator of these paper crafts, put the tree house in a wooded area with rocks. It does look like a cabin in the woods and a tree house seems to be a natural for that setting.
As with the bunny paper craft, you can add your own finishing touches to this tree house to make it fit your ideal — or the one you did have as a child or the one you will make for your children in your own backyard.
Well, bunnies, tree houses and spring all seem to go together. I do hope you’ll visit Paper-Replika and take a look around. I’m sure you’ll find something you like.
Thanks for stopping by and my personal thanks to Julius Perdana at Paper-Replika for these great paper crafts I found.

Oh My Goodness!
I received a notification that several of my posts are lost.
That happens from time to time. It’s nothing for me . . . or you to get upset about.
At one time I moved this website and didn’t back it up — so everything, back then, was lost. It was sad for me and sad for many of my visitors. But I started over . . . and through time, some links get broken and some posts do get deleted . . . so if by chance you’ve been looking for something here at TwoCansOnAString.com and get an error . . . hopefully, you’ll see the image to the right, with the word “oops!” to the left.
Just click the image and you’ll be taken to the Home page.
We make every effort to keep this website fresh and fun for all of you. We don’t like it that from time to time things get broken, but there is a lot of stuff here. Some old, some not so old, some new.
I realized I am really heavy on Halloween . . . maybe you like that . . . and maybe not.
We do have product review and crafts and holiday stuff, along with random thoughts. TwoCansOnAString.com is my fun website — it’s where I was able to introduce my little Diva — the Yorkshire Terrier from wonderful breeders from Wisconsin. It’s also where I can tell you about products that caught my eye and all the fun holiday stuff — I may even have a ghost story or two to tell you from time to time.
It’s Raining!!! What am I to do?
Well, I think crafts are in order. I do my best crafts when it’s raining and I don’t want to go out — but today I may venture out and pick up some grocery items. Little Diva wants something different . . . not a toy, but something delicious to eat. And I’m due for something different, too.
But, I did get side-tracked there for a moment. Crafts . . . what do I want to make? What do I have that I haven’t shared with you before?
Mr. Printable has some adorable bug boxes you can download and print out on your home printer. They’re great for spring and summer. These favor boxes are easy to assemble and fun to fill with goodies. Just click the image to the left and you’ll be taken to the page where you can download these adorable bugs.
I definitely like them. They may have been designed for younger children in mind, but I think they are suitable for everyone this spring and summer. They would look nice in Easter baskets, too. You know, come to think of it, instead of an Easter Egg Hunt, you could have a Bug Box Hunt . . . what do you think?
I believe you could have some serious fun with these Bug Favor Boxes.
Until next time,
Sharon . . . and Little Diva
