I Was Watching A Movie From Amazon Prime — It Was A Blend Of Suspense, SciFi, Paranormal And Perhaps Drama

It took place at a unique gift shop late on Christmas Eve … Definitely a last minute shopper.

What was of interest to me was that each item in the shop had a unique story that went along with it … I love old unusual things … 

I did enjoy the movie … It did get me thinking about items in your home and mine. Some could be inherited items … Some could have been purchased from an antique shop or garage sale … Or a gift from someone — even from a State Fair … I wonder about something you may have picked up on a beach or while out walking …

I wonder how many of those would have a story …I would imagine quite a few … It’s uncovering the story that may be a bit difficult … 

 

There Are Many People Who Go Out Exploring In The Woods … Searching For Abandoned Places

I find this interesting, but I’m usually not brave enough to venture inside … And I definitely wouldn’t take anything!

It’s both fascinating and creepy to go into abandoned places. I think I would prefer to take pictures of interesting places and objects …We can do that quite easily with our cell phones. 

I would carry an EMF Meter with me to see if any ghost activity is present. I’d also try to get some EVPs … Then put together a story about the place or about a particular object of interest.

It’s Always Good To Be A Big Part Of Your Own Adventure

Take pictures. Video your reactions. Write about it in a journal along with some pictures.

I’m not one to get out the camera at the right time to capture something interesting. I’ll think about it later … I should have taken a picture of that!!

Hopefully during the New Year I’ll be taking more pictures and capturing some interesting EVPs … I would imagine there are many spirits around who would love to tell their story.

I Do Wonder Why Toy Makers And Designers Were Thinking When They Created Some Of These Toys … For Children

It makes me question how society has changed … Perhaps with better communication with the internet that we are more aware of things today than things 10 or 20 or more years ago … Perhaps we’re paying attention more now than then …

There are a couple of these toys presented in the video by Kris Star that really creep me out … But … they each stand high on the creep out meter …

I could have to go with the giggling doll … It makes you wonder what’s so funny … And when the batteries run down … that sinister laugh does raise goosebumps on your arms …

Well … what can I say other than dolls are creepy to me … This was before the Chucky movies … Even before I learned about Annabelle … Robert The Doll … Oh my goodness!!

While on YouTube I found this video talking about the Bratz Dolls … I was never into them …. but the concept of them intrigued me … Anything new can be interesting …

I value making your own decisions about the toys you choose for your children … 

If you or your child has a collection of Bratz Dolls, this would make an excellent photo opportunity using your smart phone … A subject that will stand still while you’re preparing your shots …

Would You Want A Haunted Doll?

Haunted Dolls Have Always Been Around

But would you want one?

I would have to say “No Way Would I Want A Haunted Doll In My Home!” … As many of you may know, if you’ve read any of my previous posts … Dolls Creep Me Out!! It has been something that has gone on from childhood — And no amount of therapy is going to change my mind about them … or clowns … or puppets … Yes, I have a lot of hang-ups …

So,,. for me it is all about the story. I’d rather collect the stories of others than to have them as my own personal paranormal experiences …

 

Patty Adams Of The G Team Paranormal Investigations Invited Her Friend Omar Gosh To Her Home Along With His New Haunted Doll

All I can say is “Why?”

It’s what they do … But I don’t believe they were prepared for the experiences they had. It is fortunate for us that they caught much of it on tape … but you be the judge …

 

A Scary Paranormal Experience With Patty, Omar And Two Haunted Dolls 

 

That Was Creepy …

I don’t know what to make of the EVPs … I believe there was communication … And there was definitely a story to be learned here … But … as is usually the case some facts are sketchy …

I think the little haunted doll of Omar’s is named Heather … I believe she may have been around when “Mary” was doing her killings and was trying to explain at least one case … But as I mentioned most of the facts are sketchy at best …

No matter how well protected one’s home may be … it is never wise to bring haunted items — especially when you’re living there with children … and inviting other famiy members into your home with their children …

For me, my home is my safe haven … Yes, I have a resident ghost with others stopping by from time to time … but I don’t willingly seek out haunted objects to see what will happen … I’m just not that adventuresome … 

That’s why I collect stories and leave the investigating to others …
